Advertisement for Bids FOR THE DEMOLITION AND ABATEMENT OF HRA PROPERTY

Sealed Bids will be received by the Anoka County Administrator to the
County Board on behalf of the Anoka County HRA until 2:00 P.M., CST, on
Friday, November 6, 2009 (changed from
Thursday, October 29, 2009), by the Anoka County HRA, at which time they will
be opened in Room 710, Seventh Floor, Anoka County Government Center, 2100
3rd Avenue, Anoka, Minnesota 55303.
All bid envelopes must bear the inscription "BID FOR Demolition –
Abatement of HRA Property” and the name and address of the bidder. The bid
envelopes shall be addressed to Terry L. Johnson, Anoka County
Administrator, Anoka County Government Center, 2100 Third Avenue, Anoka,
Minnesota 55303.

A pre-bid conference, which is mandatory, will be held, with
County to address any questions regarding this specification. The conference
will be held at Anoka County, room 710, 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN 55303 on
October 26, 2009 at 9:30 a.m.
