Advertisement for Bids FOR THE REHABILITATION OF 10221 FOLEY BLVD Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Sealed Bids will be received by the Anoka County Administrator to the
County Board on behalf of the Anoka County HRA until 2:00 P.M., CST, on
Tuesday, January 26, 2010, by the Anoka County HRA, at which time they will
be opened in Room 710 Seventh Floor, Anoka County Government Center, 2100
3rd Avenue, Anoka, Minnesota 55303.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday,
January 19 at 9:00 a.m. at 10221 Foley Blvd., Coon Rapids, MN. There is no
parking on site. Please park on 102nd Lane.
All bid envelopes must bear the inscription "BID FOR Rehabilitation of
10221 Foley Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN.” and the name and address of the bidder.
The bid envelopes shall be addressed to Jessica Brokaw, Anoka County
Community Development, Anoka County Government Center, 2100 Third Avenue,
Anoka, Minnesota 55303.
