Sealed Bids will be received by the Anoka County Administrator to the County Board on behalf of the Anoka County HRA until 2:00 P.M., CST, on Thursday, April 15, 2010, by the Anoka County HRA, at which time they will be opened in Room 710 Seventh Floor, Anoka County Government Center, 2100 3rd Avenue, Anoka, Minnesota 55303.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, April 8 at 9:00 a.m. at 2249 129th Avenue NW, Coon Rapids, MN.

All bid envelopes must bear the inscription "BID FOR Rehabilitation of 2249 129th Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN.” and the name and address of the bidder. The bid envelopes shall be addressed to Kate Thunstrom, Anoka County Community Development, Anoka County Government Center, 2100 Third Avenue, Suite 700, Anoka, Minnesota 55303.
