Certificate Programs
The Anoka County Human Resources Department and the Anoka-Ramsey Center of Business and Industry offer county-paid training certificate programs. The programs are designed to enhance skill effectiveness for Anoka County employees. The certificate programs include:

Supervisory Skills
Human Relations
Organizational Leadership
Team Building
Support Staff: Office Professional

Information Services Computer Training Center offers many classes to enhance and improve computer skills at all levels. A class list is updated monthly.

Risk Management Safety Training is conducted county-wide to promote a safe work environment. Training opportunities include workplace safety, first aid and CPR, cell phone safety, and more.
